I went to Lakeshore Ford to buy a car is when I met Peggy Malave. She has been selling cars for more than 20 years and has won numerous awards from Ford for her customer service. I can tell you first hand th Malave. She has been selling cars for more than 20 years and has won numerous awards from Ford for her customer service. I can tell you first hand that she is all about customer service.She went as far as opening the doors to the showroom to have the on display moved outside so I could drive it . She is very knowledgeable of the different Ford models features and and was just a pleasure to work with She she was very accommodating.If you want customer service Peggy is the one. Moisture sensing Wipers would not shut off. This happens intermittently over the last two/three weeks. Two days prior to my appointment it did not occur. The mechanic could not find any errors i This happens intermittently over the last two/three weeks. Two days prior to my appointment it did not occur. The mechanic could not find any errors in the computer after testing the wipers at each of their settings. Lake Shore Ford did not charge me for the visit and the mechanics time because no errors were found which was outstanding. More
