Absolutely the worst service I’ve experienced not once but TWICE from the same dealership. Should have learned my lesson the first time. Came in for a simple tire repair that I assumed would be best for t but TWICE from the same dealership. Should have learned my lesson the first time. Came in for a simple tire repair that I assumed would be best for them to do due to the size and type of rim that came new on the vehicle from Ford. Only to have them destroy the tire and make it completely useless and also gouge the rim so badly. I’m left baffled as to how they could do this to a customer.. I’m hurt and angered.. if only there was a negative 5 stars. This has to be made right! And expect them to do so!!! More

I have been shopping mostly online for a used car for at least 5 months. Chris Sheets was very professional and sold me a great car at a great price with no pressure. He reported that he does not work on co least 5 months. Chris Sheets was very professional and sold me a great car at a great price with no pressure. He reported that he does not work on commission. When I left the dealership with the car it was dark, cold, and raining. Visibility was already low and the defroster stopped working within about 30 minutes. I had to pull over and started thinking that I should have purchased the extended warranty. There was no owner's manual in the car, so I called Chris and he quickly sent me a short video showing me how to operate the heater, and called to make sure that I got it working. * I had inadvertently turned on the AC, which I did not know since I was not familiar with the vehicle. He really saved the day for me! In addition, he is sending me a replacement manual. I could not be more pleased with the value of the car and with everyone at Bosak Ford! More
