Oil and Tire Change, bought used car Had wife's car in for oil change and new tires at 54K miles. A salesman, Chris, saw me and asked me why I was there and I said new tires. I stopped to see my longtime friend Steven Isakson in his office. Told him what Chris had said and he jumped up and said "You should see what a deal we have on the floor." It was a demo Grand Cherokee with low miles and a great price. We had my wife's care appraised for trade in. She was waiting to pick up her car so we had her look at the one on the floor, she liked it, Steven worked up the numbers, called me the next day and we bought the car. Picked it up the next day. Dale and his team went above and beyond to ensure I was updated on the status of my vehicle and made sure I had a car to get around in while mine was being repaired. I needed a new transmission, not a small repair, and they did a great job. There were a couple things that needed to be done after the transmission - I took it back and they fixed the minor problems right away. If you want a safe bet on service - go here!!! More
