overall car buying experiance was great, we came to arnell auto group on a tip from another dealer that they had the 2009 silverado that we were looking for and more. the search revealed that this truc arnell auto group on a tip from another dealer that they had the 2009 silverado that we were looking for and more. the search revealed that this truck was a crew cab 4x4 wiht a 5.3L and the power package. were pleasantly surprised to find it also had tinted windows, carpeted floor and a spray in bed liner. when we drove over 200 miles one way (from peoria, IL.) on that friday. we were running late due to traffic and wes vary pleased to hear the dealer would be happily there after hours on a friday to take care of us. samantha was great...her position at that dealership is like none other that i have seen. she takes all of the calls, asks and answers all the questions and finds answers to all of our concerns in a prompt time sensitive manner, is worth every penny she is paid and probably more! Thanks again and we are planning a trip to florida in this truck in three weeks and am sure to have a great time!!! More
Overall, I am very happy with everything. Chip did a very good job with calming me down and getting me into a great vehicle! (I was so devistated that the car I was coming to buy had been sold just mom very good job with calming me down and getting me into a great vehicle! (I was so devistated that the car I was coming to buy had been sold just moments before I arrived.) I have had several people refer me to Arnell, and I will also refer many people to Arnell. If I had to give one critique it would be that my 2008 Saturn Vue did not come with a remote to unlock the doors. When I asked Chip about giving me one he said they were too expensive. I was in Arnell a couple weeks ago and priced it - it would actually be around $120. It is a convience thing, not so much a needed item, but wonderful to have. When I can save up the money I will order one, so that is the only "negative" thing I can say. :) Samantha was awesome, I think we emailed back and forth for several weeks before I could get my schedule worked out to come out there. She was very paitient and kind the entire way through. My finance manager was great - put me at ease the entire way through the paperwork! I haven't purchased a car in about 8 years or so, and I was so nervous everyone worked really hard to put me at ease, I can tell there is a family type relationship with all the employees there. I think that is it.....I'm a very happy camper!!! Thanks! Jennifer Suprenant jennifers39@aol.com 219-588-3431 More

I needed a four door sedan so I have just purchased a 97 Seville in Miami FL with 54K miles that needs to have 2 oxygen sensors replaced. Upon calling to schedule the service, I was informed that the car h Seville in Miami FL with 54K miles that needs to have 2 oxygen sensors replaced. Upon calling to schedule the service, I was informed that the car had 10 oxygen sensors and that all would need to be replaced at a cost of over $1300. I work have restored and worked on cars my whole life and no from reviewing on-line manuals that this is not the case. I further have had the codes run on the car and only two of the four sensors showed error codes and only one that would have to be replaced. I chose to replace both just in case. I explained this to Dale my background and that before I had come to him that I had a diagnostic run where upon he refused to discuss this any further or prove to me where these additional 6 sensors are. I am now having the work done for $275 dollars at another GM dealership. And we wonder why we no longer buy American Cars. That is why my new car is a new 350Z. Stay away from the dealer and service center. If my experience is any indication, you will not fare well. More
