BORJON IS A LYING RIP OFF these guys told me they could do work to my car. after a year, i got the car back, and then had to get ALL of the work re3done. even rick, the service these guys told me they could do work to my car. after a year, i got the car back, and then had to get ALL of the work re3done. even rick, the service manager, admitted they messed up everything, and agreed to get it repaired by another company. when the daughter found out, she not only refused to fix the problems, but continuously insulted us. tried speaking with Mark, the owner, now e see where the daughter gets her poor attitude. Heres the kicker, we have bought 7 cars from them and had all our cars serviced my them before borjon took it over without incident. now that borjon owns the dealership, its all about money and no customer service, ethics or morals. STAY CLEAR OF THIS HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP More
failed to service vehicle as promissed When I had a 2003 Hummer with 17K miles delivered to Borjon for a pre purchase inspection they found that it needed a recal wiper part and that it had When I had a 2003 Hummer with 17K miles delivered to Borjon for a pre purchase inspection they found that it needed a recal wiper part and that it had a PO300 code. I purchased the vehicle and had them make a determination of the code. They assured me the work was done they had cleaned out the fuel system and replaced the spark plugs and claimed the problem was solved. The moment I started it it was running rough and the service manager just toldsme that should clear up with time? I drove it off the lot the code PO300 was now flashing. I immediately turned around and showed the service manager. They had to keep the car over the weekend and into the next week. Now they claimed it needed a fuel presure regulator and a new fuel filter. Remember this Hummer has only 17,000 miles. I asked that they return all replaced parts including the 100,000 mile platnum spark plugs they replaced. When I came to pick it up it did run smooth but they did not return the replaced parts to me. Since I was 115 miles out of town I felt like I was getting played and over charged for things either not done or not ever replaced. To top it off the perfect Hummer had deep scratches across the right rear upper quarter panel as if a dirty air hose or gas hose had been dragged across it. I pointed this out to them and of course they denied that they had anything to do with the damage. In the end I spent a thousand dollars extra on repairs not needed or never done. The problem was a $70 fuel regulator. The paint damage came to $1800.. This dealer makes it's money on out of town travelers that are not likely to come back after them. Avoid them at all costs. You would be better off towing the car back home to someone you can trust. I will next time. More
