Truly horrible service. I was supposed to be picked up by them at 7:30 am. They came at 8:20 after I called to find out where they were. Once there i found my car covered in snow and ice. You would have th them at 7:30 am. They came at 8:20 after I called to find out where they were. Once there i found my car covered in snow and ice. You would have thought they would have it cleaned and ready for me to go. I will never bring my vehicle here again! More

I recently traded in my Buick Invision for a new F150. My sales person Nick Lamberts was super to work with during the trade negotiations. There was no high pressure. I purchased a 2015 F-150 new service was good while it was in warranty however not good at all for out of warranty. I took it in for a master cylinder replacement under warranty and a transmission that wa was in warranty however not good at all for out of warranty. I took it in for a master cylinder replacement under warranty and a transmission that was not shifting properly. They changed the master cylinder and my brakes started pulsating didn’t have that problem before I took it in, they said I needed to change the brake pads and rotors. Good way to make more money. I waited in the waiting room while they worked on my truck. I got there at 8:00 am at 11:15 they took my truck for a test run for the transmission problem they checked the computer and no faults showed up. At 12:30 I went up to the counter to ask about my truck they said it was being test driven and I said it has been gone since 11:15 they said well the tech is on lunch break. I said, “with my truck while I sit here and wait” when the tech got back he said there is not a problem with the transmission. They never asked if I could show them the problem. If the computer doesn’t give them a code they can’t fix anything they are parts changers not mechanics. I could have shown them within a quarter mile of there business. I wouldn’t have them do any service to my vehicle ever. They knew I was upset with them and I talked to Ford, so Mr Borgman called me and said his service manager would get back with me, hasn’t to this day. That has been six weeks ago so save yourself grief don’t purchase anything from Borgman Ford Mazda. More

Service Advisors need a class in customer service. I have been there several times and feel I am a burden to them. Service work is good. Also got story the Ford lug nuts were bad so cost $100.00 to re have been there several times and feel I am a burden to them. Service work is good. My salesman Jim was great, my car had an issue and he made sure it was taken care of. My car died on me in a couple hours of buying. Minus a star.. made sure it was taken care of. My car died on me in a couple hours of buying. Minus a star.. More
Negatives: Shoddy body work and lies. I was told initially the front bumper was fully replaced. Only after I bought the car was I told it was the original bumper that they fixed up. It is loose and initially the front bumper was fully replaced. Only after I bought the car was I told it was the original bumper that they fixed up. It is loose and is holding from the work they did, but its going to have to be replaced and that is $800 out of my pocket. Positives: Friendly Staff. Sales aren't aggressive in their selling techniques. They drove a fair distance to meet me halfway to sell me the car. The car I bought drives well with no mechanical issues so far. I also asked if anything was wrong with the car and they said everything worked, but the blindspot camera doesn't function and that will also be about a $500 replacement. Summary: The people are pleasant to work with, but be extremely diligent in checking out the body and functionality of the car because they will straight up just lie to sell you the car. More
Avoid Borgman at all costs. Brought my F150 in for a simple repair of the tailgate, they asked if they could destroy my tonneau cover to get inside the bed to repair. Told them no and took the truck els simple repair of the tailgate, they asked if they could destroy my tonneau cover to get inside the bed to repair. Told them no and took the truck elsewhere and they opened and fixed the issue in literally 30 seconds. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and took my daughters Escape in for a simple front brake job. Brakes had the light grind (no grooving of the rotors and just started sqeaking). They called and claimed the brake line was kinked and not working (brakes worked fine upon arrival, just noisy) and instead of notifying me ahead of time they claimed the line was removed and the fix would be an additional $230 (that part is literally $7 at Autozone) and if i didnt want to pay it I would need to tow it since it wasnt drivable. A simple front brake job turned into a $630 nightmare and the service girl was extremely rude and arrogant. Should have learned the first time but it took 2 really bad experiences in a row to learn my lesson.....there are honest dealers out there so there is no good reason to do business with these people. We decided it was time to get a bigger vehicle. We wanted to get an Explorer and thought of Borgman right away. Brandon W. was our salesman in the used ford department. He went above and beyond to find us on to get an Explorer and thought of Borgman right away. Brandon W. was our salesman in the used ford department. He went above and beyond to find us one that fit our budget and requirements. We even noticed a small issue with the vehicle a week after we bought it and he helped us get it fixed. His communication skills are great. He made sure our purchase was exactly what we wanted even after we purchased the vehicle. Thank you Brandon. We really appreciate going above and beyond for us.
