We were on our way out of town and had an engine service light come on. So we stopped by to see if we could get service without an appointment. Not a problem. They not only fit us in timely but were able to light come on. So we stopped by to see if we could get service without an appointment. Not a problem. They not only fit us in timely but were able to locate a needed part. Got it delivered quickly and installed. Back on the road with little delay considering work which was needed. I purchase all my gm parts for our body shop from Borcherding Parts Dept. The Parts Manager, Troy Robinson does an excellent job making sure I receive my parts. The only complaint I had was the paper mat is always in the car; I don't understand why it can't be taken out by the last employee to be in the car. That and the tag on the rear view mirror. We took the car in to Borcherding for our regular oil change and service. We were helped promptly and the car was serviced, along with a car wash, and we were on our way in a very acceptable time frame change and service.
