I purchased a 2008 GMC Acadia from another dealership but was not happy with the service received there. Rick Kolde was a fantastic person to work with in the service department. From the moment I arrived until I drove my car home, everything went very smoothly. I had been to Borcherding once before, but had essentially shopped around for the cheapest prices on routine stuff like oil changes, etc. This week I knew I needed one new tire (it was flat), but then found out that I needed to replace the other three as well, because they were worn out. I also needed an oil change, an alignment, and some recall service done on my Pontiac. This could have easily turned into a painful ordeal, but Rick was really up front about communicating everything clearly and quickly, and making sure I had all my questions answered. He also helped me get the best deal on an unavoidably expensive visit - he was extremely accommodating with a few different coupons I had, and he made sure I knew about the tire specials they had, as well as their 30-day price match guarantee on tires. Rick walked me through the itemized invoice, set me up with the courtesy shuttle while they worked on my car, and provided a great loaner car when he needed to keep mine overnight (driving the loaner was great!) He called as soon as my car was done, and the pickup was quick and easy. I can confidently say that I'll be headed back to Borcherding whenever I need service on my car in the future - this was a great experience. More

My 2006 Mustang had been vandalized during the night and had several thousands of dollars damage done to it. I called the insurance company in the middle of the night and had it arranged that I take my car had several thousands of dollars damage done to it. It had to be towed in since the windshield was busted out and the hood was damaged by a 20 lb piece of concrete, The team did not know I was coming but took it in stride and helped me get on my way with a rental and eased my mind on how and when my car would be repaired. I called a 9 days later and my car was done.I was alittle unhappy that I was still finding glass down in my windshield defroster and blowing glass all over the place and that my car was not vaccumed out entirely from all the broken glass. But the car looked beautiful and they was able to get it done and not exactly like it was since the Mustang decals could not be located to be replaced back on..But I was happy with the outcome. More

I have never felt that my concerns were dismissed. Always have had great service tech. I have never been pressured to do any repairs but suggestions for coming upkeep is suggested. We bought our car here so we brought it back when the A/C quit. It has been a horrible experience!!! We've had it there twice and it is STILL not fixed. The first time the mechanic got it totally wrong and d quit. It has been a horrible experience!!! We've had it there twice and it is STILL not fixed. The first time the mechanic got it totally wrong and didn't actually fix the problem. The second time they tried to work with us to get it fixed. Said they had 3 guys look at it. It worked for a day then quit again. I don't think we will be going back. More

These guys were great! I was visiting from out of town and upon preparing to head home this morning, I discovered that I had a flat tire, thanks to a roofing nail I had picked up somewhere. They were kind enough to loan my friend and I a portable air compressor to air the tire up enough to drive it back to the dealership, where they proceeded to fix my flat in their express service area and get me back on the road in under an hour! This was my first time to return to Borcherding Buick since the purchase of my 2011 Buick Enclave. My visit was to the service department for a 5,000 mile change of oil and tire rotation. I could not h since the purchase of my 2011 Buick Enclave. My visit was to the service department for a 5,000 mile change of oil and tire rotation. I could not have been treated any better. In fact, I would have to say that this was the most courtious and friendly experience I have had in my experience in taking autos to be serviced by any dealership.
