I wanted to thank Robert Dorward for notifying us in regards to his negative service experience. I spoke with Robert and he pointed out a couple areas where we could make some improvemnets and they have been disussed with our management team and will be used in our next training classes. I assured Mr.Dorward that these issues were the exception instead of the rule and we would work very hard to insure that we shine in the future.
