The overall experience I had was definitely less than exceptional. First, the job that was to be completed on my car wasn't finished on time. Then after having my car for almost a week and paying the rid exceptional. First, the job that was to be completed on my car wasn't finished on time. The experience overall was good, but not as good as it used to be. The wait was longer than before (for similar service), and the waiting area (I guess it is under construction) was very loud and not ple used to be. The only issue I had with my recent visit to the dealership is that the Borcherding internet needed to be updated with the current information. I drove 100 miles to mainly get the Wheel Theft Deter dealership is that the Borcherding internet needed to be updated with the current information. I drove 100 miles to mainly get the Wheel Theft Deterrent System installed on my 2014 GMC Sierra. However, as there were installing, they realized that my truck doesn't have whatever is needed to install the part. One the website, there were no restrictions as far as what you need or didn't need to have it installed. It would have been nice to know beforehand. It was just frustrating. Thats all. Everyone was nice and courteous. Apparently it is a new part and they had never installed it before. More

I needed a brake light changed. I called to see if I could come by and get a brake light, but was told that I needed an appointment, which seemed strange, but OK. When I took my vehicle in, with an app could come by and get a brake light, but was told that I needed an appointment, which seemed strange, but OK. When I took my vehicle in, with an appointment, it took an 1 hour and 15 mins. This was to change a light bulb. This is very similar to all of my experiences here. It takes days to get an appointment and the service is slow. Last year we were going out of town for the weekend and on Friday morning we had an issue with the SUV. When I called to see if I could have someone look at it I was told that they were too busy, and could not bring it in until the next Wednesday. I then called Joseph GMC and was told to bring it by and they would look at it, even though I had never had any service done at their dealership before. They fixed the problem that day with no charge. I have dealt with many dealerships in Cincinnati, including Infinity, BMW, Jeep, Ford, and other GMC dealerships, but have never experienced the lack of customer service that I get here. Unfortunately, I do not have another GMC dealership near me, so I keep going here. More
