Work on 2011 gmc Yukon that we bought on 9-14-13 I had told mike I wanted to review the manufacturer warranty and possibly talk with Bridgestone about some "dry rotted" tires. My 2012 $40,000 truck has been making noises and I have taken it in on two different occasions to have it looked at. Because it wasn't making the noise right then they didn't look at it and said I would ha taken it in on two different occasions to have it looked at. Chris Fortin greeted me and gave Joe my ticket for check in. Joe asked what all I expected to have serviced. My appointment was preset for a rental and Joe took my information and walked me out to the lot f in. Joe asked what all I expected to have serviced. I left feeling that my car would be well taken care of. My appointment was for an evening drop off. The next morning Chris called to let me know what was needed to fix the uncomfortable Ride and poor handling. He also said that the condition of the tires was contributing to the quality of the ride. Chris went above and beyond great customer service to get my car serviced to my expectations. Especially with the Tires and alignment. I have been driving the car now for a couple days and she is steering and riding just as I had hoped for. Very smooth and no vibration. Thank You. More

Service went smoothly and Mike was great and helpful arranging a loaner quickly for me.
