Top notch service I bought my Acadia new in 2010..and have used other service departments due to my hour drive because they were closer. I returned to Boercherding beca I bought my Acadia new in 2010..and have used other service departments due to my hour drive because they were closer. I returned to Boercherding because I realized the drive was worth it. Don't Let the "VIP Service" Fool You! The people at Borcherding GMC are friendly; however, there is a significant lack of capability in their service department. Our GMC Acadia is nearly The people at Borcherding GMC are friendly; however, there is a significant lack of capability in their service department. Our GMC Acadia is nearly 1.5 yrs old but has required no less than 10 service appointments, mostly due to reoccurring issues that the service department was unable to resolve. The typical response continues to be, "oh yes, we are sorry... We'll give you a loaner and fix your car.". Over the past month, I have had loaner cars more than I have had my own car! It is unbelievable that a dealership that touts having VIP service fails to mention that their service department.isnt capable of fixing anything. More

It seemed like every time I was at the dealership the service (just routine) would take longer than it should and no one seemed to be able to give me an answer. On top of that, more than once the car came back from service without being washed. It definitely left a lot to be desired as Buick is trying to present itself as an upscale brand. More

2008 Pontiac Grand Prix I only take both my 2008 Grand Prix's to Borcherding because of the excellent work they do. Regular maintenance with them have kept both cars running with minimal repairs and when needed are always completed fast with quality parts and no returns. I trust based on my repair history what they tell me is the issue and what needs to be done for the repair, I would recommend them for any service you may need. More
