(I have done this before.) The advisor told me that the person in the next room would help me with that? I spent my 10 minutes with the service advisor and then went to the "other room" 5 feet away and asked about a shuttle ride. She pointed to the desk and said that I "had to sign up." Um, I did that on the internet days ago. 10 minutes later I go to her and just ask a friendly "Can you tell me about when the shuttle guy will be here?" She says that she came out to find me and couldn't? That a BS story, I was sitting in the waiting room! He will be here in 15 minutes. ONE WOULD THINK that customer service would start with the shuttle guy being there maybe 10 minutes after your appointment time. And be ready to leave. Every time I come to this dealership I always get a ut-oh, this is what the tech found with a couple of a hundred dollar bill. I then always ask if that is covered under my GM Extended Warranty. 3 times in a row they can't even seem to know that I have a GM warranty? I now give them the number of the policy and the date and mileage that it expires. ONE WOULD THINK that this information would show up when you entered a vin number in the GM computer system of 2014? And magically, 3 time in a row, it is covered under the extended warranty. This dealership employees need to buy a Toyota (our 2nd car) and get it serviced down the block and LEARN what 'customer service" really means. I hope the tech who changed my oil was good... 11 more months (end of extended warranty) and I go to elsewhere... More
Work on 2011 gmc Yukon that we bought on 9-14-13 I had told mike I wanted to review the manufacturer warranty and possibly talk with Bridgestone about some "dry rotted" tires. STOP PUTTING DOWN OTHER DEALERS I dealt with Jan and she told me that she was their to work for me. Well little did I know that when I went in to see about getting an automobile tha I dealt with Jan and she told me that she was their to work for me. Well little did I know that when I went in to see about getting an automobile that Scott Griffith manager would talk ill of another dealer. Scott said that there was no way that the dealer is giving me a good deal or that they gave me a higher trade in amount than they did. Jan asked me what I would like my payment to be I told her and from her leaving me to her going to manager he came back to me to say their is no way this dealership is giving you this deal. He was being very negative about the other dealership and telling me that I was playing games, I asked for my keys and left. Jan I am disappointed in you. I never told you the payment that SWEENEY dealership promised. You asked me and I told you the payments I wanted. Then to top it off when I told him I wasn't going to sit their and talk negative about another dealership he got up rush into his office and got my car keys. I am not sure if the sales person (Jan) was intimidate by him but she came and whispered to me if you change your mind come back. WOW HOW FUNNY! I would never go back , I BELIEVE if I was a man I wouldn't have been treated and talked down to. More

Longtime Customer's Last Purchase from Borcherding My name is Paul Lancaster and I purchased a Buick Enclave on June 24th of 2014. This was the fourth vehicle that I have purchased from Keith at Borche My name is Paul Lancaster and I purchased a Buick Enclave on June 24th of 2014. This was the fourth vehicle that I have purchased from Keith at Borcherding in the last 12 years. In the past we have always had a great experience and had even recommended friends to Keith. In fact, we had a friend purchase a new Enclave from Keith last year. Please know we love Buicks and will always own a Buick as long as they make them. Next time though, I plan to purchase elsewhere. For starters, They low-balled me on the trade and acted like they were doing me a great big favor by giving me $500 more when it still was way on the low side of what my car was worth. Second, Keith acted as if we were difficult to please because we had in mind exactly what we wanted and wouldn't settle for another vehicle that wasn't what we wanted. Thirdly, we added factory running boards to this new Enclave at an extra cost of $960. The service department caused some paint damage when they installed them just like they did when they installed the running boards on the last new Enclave we bought in 2010. I mentioned it to Keith back then but he dismissed us as if we were being too knit-picky so I let it go in the interest of being agreeable. But after the last four years of bringing my 2010 Enclave in for service just to see a new ding or scratch or grease all over the driver's side of the interior almost every time, I can't keep silence any longer. It's sad that I have to now do a walk around every time I bring my vehicle in to the very people who are supposed to be helping me maintain it. Fourthly, I did not like that the finance guy, Chris, pretended to make some mistakes on the paperwork that made our payment seem lower than expected just so it would be easier to up-sell us on some extras; then after we said yes to the extras, he all of a sudden caught his mistakes and adjusted our payment up to the real amount. I'm convinced that this was a scam because, in the past, Keith as always been sooooo thorough with the fine details. In fact, that has always been one of the things we have appreciated about Keith. So it's vey hard to believe that Keith forgot to tell Chris that we were not putting any money down ( Chris had it that we were putting $3000 down when I was very clear with Keith that we were putting $0 down. In fact $3000 was never mentioned so I have no clue where Chris got that idea) or that he forgot to tell Chris about adding the running boards, as well. Either way, if it's not a scam then its gross incompetence and I no longer wish to do business this way. More

I was pleasantly surprised that the service was performed in about 35 minutes and I didn't have to avail myself of the courtesy car to and from home. Everyone I dealt with couldn't have been more pleasant. In addition to Joe Stover. please thank the Technician that worked on my car. More
