We took the car in to Borcherding for our regular oil change and service. We were helped promptly and the car was serviced, along with a car wash, and we were on our way in a very acceptable time frame change and service. The only complaint I had was the paper mat is always in the car; I don't understand why it can't be taken out by the last employee to be in the car. That and the tag on the rear view mirror.
