The only complaint I had was the paper mat is always in the car; I don't understand why it can't be taken out by the last employee to be in the car. That and the tag on the rear view mirror. Also, I had the "gold" service and never got the sheet where it tells how everything is; it got stapled to the rest of the paperwork. More
