Having had this personal experience with various GM delerships, I believe I am fairly well qualified to make the following assertion: Borcherding GMC is probably the best overall customer oriented delearship that I have seen; and I attribute their current success to a large degree to their Service Manager, Mr. Matt Volrath. And, I believe that the GM corporate success is due in large part to these unsung "heros" like Mr Vollrath who deliver the ultimate auto experience to the customer, particularly the service after the sale. I know for me personally, it is Mr. Vollrath who will cause me to come back to Borcherding dealership as a repeat customer; and that it is Mr Vollrath who is responsible for my continued loyaly to GM products. Mr. Vollrath is the kind of employee that not only Borcherding can be proud of , but the GM Corporation as well, as it is people like him that will guarantee the future success of the Corporation itself.
