Steve Camp has given me more personalized service than I have ever received from a sales representative. He scheduled my service appointment, undercoating, and paint sealant, and all I had to do was delive have ever received from a sales representative. He also offered to scheduled my 2009 for undercoating and paint sealant, and I didn't even buy this vehicle from his dealership. He phoned with progress reports and asked if there were any concerns or questions. With this kind of care he has earned my loyalty, and I am happy to refer him and Borcherding to family and friends. More

My wife needed a new vehicle after the birth of our child. Greg was exceptionally helpful through the sales and financing process, and when our daughter arrived early, Greg and Jon personally delivered child. This was my first time to return to Borcherding Buick since the purchase of my 2011 Buick Enclave. My visit was to the service department for a 5,000 mile change of oil and tire rotation. I could not h since the purchase of my 2011 Buick Enclave. My visit was to the service department for a 5,000 mile change of oil and tire rotation. I could not have been treated any better. In fact, I would have to say that this was the most courtious and friendly experience I have had in my experience in taking autos to be serviced by any dealership. But even more importantlly, the "work" done on the Enclave was done with very little waiting time a and to my expectations. I highly recommend Borcherding sales and service. Herman Emmert More

I purchased a used 2007 Audi A4 (52K Miles) from this dealership 8 months ago and have had nothing but problems with it. Within the first week, I got a flat tire and found out that the full size spare i dealership 8 months ago and have had nothing but problems with it. Within the first week, I got a flat tire and found out that the full size spare in the trunk was flat as well. Essentially, the folks at Borcherding didn't inspect it during their "safety check" process. After emailing the GM, the problem was resolved to my satisfaction. A few weeks later the engine started making noise and I found out that several belts were dry rotted. This repair cost me $600 and Borcherding's service department was less than helpful becuase I didn't buy their warranty. The final straw came when it broke down on a rode trip to Chicago. After a $220 tow from Indiana back to Cincinnati, I found out that there is sludge in the oil. The folks who leased it before me didn't get regular oil changes and did this damage. However, upon the first oil change my mechanic told me that the dealership put regular oil in it as well (instead of the correct Full-Synthetic). So I put 2 and 2 together and realize that Borcherding was inproperly servicing this vehicle throughout the entire lease. This time when I called the service department, the manager was condescending and asked if I expected him to take the whole car apart to check for oil sludge before they sell it. What a joke this place is! The sales experience was great, but once they took my money they couldn't care less. Typical used car lot experience. So I sold the Audi and will be purchasing another vehicle. Needless to say, the next purchase will NOT BE FROM BORCHERDING. Do yourself a favor and simply stay away. More
