My 2006 Mustang had been vandalized during the night and had several thousands of dollars damage done to it. I called the insurance company in the middle of the night and had it arranged that I take my car had several thousands of dollars damage done to it. It had to be towed in since the windshield was busted out and the hood was damaged by a 20 lb piece of concrete, The team did not know I was coming but took it in stride and helped me get on my way with a rental and eased my mind on how and when my car would be repaired. I called a 9 days later and my car was done.I was alittle unhappy that I was still finding glass down in my windshield defroster and blowing glass all over the place and that my car was not vaccumed out entirely from all the broken glass. But the car looked beautiful and they was able to get it done and not exactly like it was since the Mustang decals could not be located to be replaced back on..But I was happy with the outcome. More

Great customer service. The salesperson was attentive and very knowledgeable about the features of the vehicles. All folks involved were also very patient staying several hours past closing as they answ and very knowledgeable about the features of the vehicles. Some minor issues while working the financing piece but personnel quickly sought clarification and got them resolved. Also minor issues with cleaning the vehicle before turning it over. Overall - best experience to date purchasing a vehicle. Would recommend the dealership and definitely the salesperson to potential buyers. More

The salesman was extremely friendly from the start. He emailed us and returned our phone calls immediately and answered all questions. The reason for rating the quality of work at a 4 is that when we picked up the new vehicle it had some smudge marks on the windows and a bit of dirt here and there on the interior, so we didn't feel that the detail job was top notch. The salesman recognized this before we did and actually cleaned the windows without us asking. Would definitly recommend this dealer to a friend. More

We bought our car here so we brought it back when the A/C quit. It has been a horrible experience!!! We've had it there twice and it is STILL not fixed. The first time the mechanic got it totally wrong and d quit. It has been a horrible experience!!! We've had it there twice and it is STILL not fixed. The first time the mechanic got it totally wrong and didn't actually fix the problem. The second time they tried to work with us to get it fixed. Said they had 3 guys look at it. It worked for a day then quit again. I don't think we will be going back. More

These guys were great! I was visiting from out of town and upon preparing to head home this morning, I discovered that I had a flat tire, thanks to a roofing nail I had picked up somewhere. They were kind enough to loan my friend and I a portable air compressor to air the tire up enough to drive it back to the dealership, where they proceeded to fix my flat in their express service area and get me back on the road in under an hour!
