My Sales Rep, Keith Childers, was the single most helpful, knowledgeable, accommodating rep I have ever had - by 10X any previous experience at any other dealer. At 50, I have purchased probably 2 helpful, knowledgeable, accommodating rep I have ever had - by 10X any previous experience at any other dealer. At 50, I have purchased probably 20 cars for me and my family over the years. Some service was tolerable, some was very good. But, Keith has been absolutely amazing. I would highly, highly recommend him, hence Borcherding, to anyone searching for an appropriate vehicle. (By the way, the GMC Acadia Denali is a great vehicle so far.) If you have the opportunity, I'd say give Keith a call. Or, if you know someone in the market for a GMC (I think they carry another make as well), I'm sure they'd appreciate the recommendation. I can only hope that the whole industry can learn from the type of service this gentleman provides, and that he is amply rewarded by the owners of that dealership. Ron set up my new account, and even connected my cell phone to the hands free feature which is awesome!) I had done a fair amount of research prior to shopping, so number 2 below doesn't apply.
