I needed a brake light changed. I called to see if I could come by and get a brake light, but was told that I needed an appointment, which seemed strange, but OK. When I took my vehicle in, with an app could come by and get a brake light, but was told that I needed an appointment, which seemed strange, but OK. When I took my vehicle in, with an appointment, it took an 1 hour and 15 mins. This was to change a light bulb. This is very similar to all of my experiences here. It takes days to get an appointment and the service is slow. Last year we were going out of town for the weekend and on Friday morning we had an issue with the SUV. When I called to see if I could have someone look at it I was told that they were too busy, and could not bring it in until the next Wednesday. I then called Joseph GMC and was told to bring it by and they would look at it, even though I had never had any service done at their dealership before. They fixed the problem that day with no charge. I have dealt with many dealerships in Cincinnati, including Infinity, BMW, Jeep, Ford, and other GMC dealerships, but have never experienced the lack of customer service that I get here. Unfortunately, I do not have another GMC dealership near me, so I keep going here. More
We had a couple of GM dealers give us the run around in regard to an air conditioning problem. We called the GM customer service number we found on the internet and was given instructions to take our vehic regard to an air conditioning problem. We called the GM customer service number we found on the internet and was given instructions to take our vehicle to this dealership and have a diagnostic done and call him back and GM would help us out with the cost of repair. We went to the dealership and a very friendly man by the name of Kelly said he was pretty sure he knew what was wrong and he did. We gave them the go ahead and fix our Buick and since it was late in the day they had given out all of their courtesy cars and his driver would take us home and pick us up the next day. Here is where it gets good, a fine man by the name of Nathanial was the driver and he picked us up in a brand new Buick Enclave. Well, all the way to the dealership he was showing my husband all of the features that it had and some of them were new since we bought our Enclave and my husband was getting so interested, but I kept telling him that the bottom line was "NO", guess what happened, not only did they fix our Buick but a fantastic salesman by the name of Keith Childers talked to us and we left the showroom around closing time driving a brand new 2013 Buick Enclave. We absolutely love it!!!!! More

Steve Camp was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful when picking out our new GMC Terrain Denali. The dealership didn't feel like you had a million salesmen swarming you to try and sell you a vehicle. when picking out our new GMC Terrain Denali. Instead, we were able to peruse the lot on our own then once we found the car we were interested in, we were quickly assigned Steve as our sales person to help us with all of the details. I have always had a great experience with Borcherding with their service and with purchasing vehicles. Steve Camp is a great salesman and takes time to do things right. I just had the pleasure of working with Keith Childers on the purchase of a Buick Enclave. This was by far the greatest dealership and sales person I have dealt with in my many years of buying cars and truck the purchase of a Buick Enclave. This was by far the greatest dealership and sales person I have dealt with in my many years of buying cars and trucks. At no time did Keith pressure call me but he provided me time and space in arriving at my purchase decision. I have actually felt comfortable after this purchase which is a rare feeling for me. He was quite informative during the transaction period. Keith's follow thru regarding the actual sale and following questions/requests were outstanding. I would highly recommend Keith Childers to my family, friends (or even strangers!) as a great salesman who would meet their new car buying needs to the best degree. More
This is my first new car in 12 years. I knew what I wanted and when I wanted it. Keith worked hard to satisfy my needs. He know the vehicle inside and out.
