The overall experience I had was definitely less than exceptional. First, the job that was to be completed on my car wasn't finished on time. The only issue I had with my recent visit to the dealership is that the Borcherding internet needed to be updated with the current information. I drove 100 miles to mainly get the Wheel Theft Deter dealership is that the Borcherding internet needed to be updated with the current information. I drove 100 miles to mainly get the Wheel Theft Deterrent System installed on my 2014 GMC Sierra. However, as there were installing, they realized that my truck doesn't have whatever is needed to install the part. One the website, there were no restrictions as far as what you need or didn't need to have it installed. It would have been nice to know beforehand. It was just frustrating. Thats all. Everyone was nice and courteous. Apparently it is a new part and they had never installed it before. More
