Worst Customer Service I emailed about a used Terrain Denali I had seen on the internet on Thursday, May 1. Casilyn was prompt about emailing back and left her number which I emailed about a used Terrain Denali I had seen on the internet on Thursday, May 1. Casilyn was prompt about emailing back and left her number which went to a generic voicemail. I emailed her back and left my phone number to call. We spoke on the phone and the Denali had sold but she gave me 2 other options - a Honda CR-V and a Ford Escape. I advised with our work schedule that we are very limited on time but would be available on Saturday, May 3 at 10am and would like to test drive the Honda CR-V at 10am. The appointment was confirmed via email. My family and I arrive at 9:55am and meet Casilyn who refers us to Chris. First thing he says - I guess you know....know what? The CR-V sold last night. No, this is the first I heard of it. But we do have another CR-V that is identical that we can show you - let me go get that. We walk around the lot and 10 minutes later he comes back to advise one of the sales guys drove it home last night and is on his way in now with it from Lebanon. We walk around and wait some more outside. I inquire about the Ford Escape that was also mentioned. He disappears for another 10 minutes. They can't find it - but now we can test drive the CR-V that is sold until the other one gets here to see. We agree to the test drive. Come back and the other one still isn't there. It begins to rain so we go to our own car to get out of the rain and another sales person stops us as he thought we were leaving. I advise this one of our displeasure and we drove 45 minutes to see this vehicle and are getting the run around. He was going to check to see how much longer. My husband and I discuss as now we have wasted 45 minutes on something that was set up on Friday and they had all my contact information. I walk in and address my frustration with Casilyn and tell her we are leaving. On my way back to our car Chris pulls up with a CR-V that is wet and I advise they are done wasting our time and which he reply's that they were washing it - I advised we drove 45 minutes to see it with an appointment and wasted 45 minutes already and left. You not only wasted our time but went to a different dealership and purchased a brand new car the same day - I would not recommend Borcherding to anyone - my time is valuable and if we have money to spend you would think they would want it. More

We've leased Mitsubishi's, Toyota's, Infinity's and a Lexus. Our experience was excellent the first time around with Borcherding and was obviously the reason for our return. The process was smooth, professional and fast. I will continue to recommend the Borcherding dealership to friends and relatives. More

After purchase, I was in such a rush to drive the new ride...I forgot to do a run through of all that the vehicle had and missed the fact that the DVD headphones and remote were not included. Came back to pick up as Jeff had them waiting for us at his desk...and also forgot my garage remotes in my trade in vehicle and was able to find someone..with my old keys to allow entrance to retrieve that....the new car is a dream to drive and love it. Jeff introduced us to service manager and a brief tour of service area..a nice touch indeed. More

They answered all questions and took as much time as necessary to make sure we had the car just as we wanted it. Keith was very patient as he explained all the features of the car. Derek was very pleasant to work with. A gentleman by the name of Marty, forgive me for not remembering the last name was pleasant as he helped get the paperwork started while Keith finished with a customer he was working with. Although we have only had the car for a few days, we really are enjoying it. All the employees we came in contact with gave the impression of enjoying their job. Not something one sees much these days. They represented your dealership well. More
