went to have a new key fob programmed for my dodge ram. ..2 1/2 hrs. later was told that I needed a a $550 part ( I said NO!)... I still have my working FOB, but was still charged $85 dollars( & 2 1/2 hrs. ..2 1/2 hrs. later was told that I needed a a $550 part ( I said NO!)... I can't get back )... called a pro. locksmith, which told me I shouldn't need that $550 part if my original FOB is still working??? More

When I brought my Ram truck in for service, all I needed was an oil change. Going through the “Express” line with only one car in front of me took nearly 2 hours. Bottom line, go somewhere else. I made an appointment for various items to be fixed on my 2015 Jeep Wrangler. I have an extended warranty through Ally. I took the vehicle over the night prior to the appt. as instructed to drop off. Two days later, nothing had been done and the only correspondence was my attempt four or more times by calling only to find out that the Jeep had not been worked on. I understand that they had many vehicles to work on, however, a phone call would have been kind. They stated that they were waiting on approval from the warranty company. Again, a phone call to me stating that information would have sufficed so that I could have made a decision on how to proceed. The service manager could not have been more kind. He stated that the service department was very short staffed. Customers may want to ask them how long it may take prior to making an appointment. More

Recall made easy I had procrastinated to have my recall taken care for no reason. Ross is such a welcoming environment (once you get inside) it was quick easy and pain I had procrastinated to have my recall taken care for no reason.
