"EXCEPTIONAL" In short, I was desperate. My RAM would not start and I was in a big time crunch. Luck would have it the dealership was across the street from my hotel, I frantically raced ov My RAM would not start and I was in a big time crunch. I was greeted by the owner who made me feel that the service dept would take care of me,first thing in the next day, AND THEY DID. I left the Van overnight and next morning, though I they were busy, Konal Hall was on top of it and my van was done in time to get my son to App State. More

went to have a new key fob programmed for my dodge ram. ..2 1/2 hrs. later was told that I needed a a $550 part ( I said NO!)... I still have my working FOB, but was still charged $85 dollars( & 2 1/2 hrs. ..2 1/2 hrs. later was told that I needed a a $550 part ( I said NO!)... I still have my working FOB, but was still charged $85 dollars( & 2 1/2 hrs. I can't get back )... called a pro. locksmith, which told me I shouldn't need that $550 part if my original FOB is still working??? More
