Worst service Called twice on a Monday to make appointment for Saturday, left my Ram 3500 for oil change, tire rotation, fuel filters and front end alignment. Drop Called twice on a Monday to make appointment for Saturday, left my Ram 3500 for oil change, tire rotation, fuel filters and front end alignment. Dropped it off as planned and when I called at 11:30 to pick it up they hadn't even started on it, no record of appointment and no call to advise they could not work on it. Service people could care less, when they finally did work on it on Monday they didn't have 1 of the filters, didn't check the air pressure in the tires, could not do the front end alignment. Never got a call from the Service Manager after asking him to call. Do not just run from these people, drive to the next dealership and save yourself having to deals with the worst service department I've ever seen. More

Service Sucks Have bought 2 Ram trucks from them. The most recent a 2013 has been nothing but trouble. Each time I bring it in it is as if they have never seen the Have bought 2 Ram trucks from them. The most recent a 2013 has been nothing but trouble. Each time I bring it in it is as if they have never seen the truck before. They can not be bothered to check to see if they have the recall replacement parts in stock when you call they force you to bring it in then tell you that they will call when they get the parts in "In a week or so" It has been over 2 months and still no call! With service, they will tell you it will be done in 1 Hour, 2 Hours later when you are forced to hunt them down and ask they are like ""Dude its going to be awhile" Apparently do not enter customer issues with the truck in the computer data base, so if you bring your complaint to the truck maker they have no record of it. Total amateur hour, will never buy from them again, going to sell this truck next week (the truck I expected to drive for the next 10 years) so I will not haft to listen to their BS or my wife's complaints about the quality of the truck every time I drive it. Anyone want to but a diesel 2500? More

Clueless I dropped my car off at 7:30 am for an 8:30 am appointment to replace the ignition switch that was on a national recall. At 1:30 pm they had no idea if the work had been started or completed. It's a half hour later and they have not called back to let me know thus the title, "Clueless." More
Outrageous pricing - would never do business here Water pump went out on my son's 2002 Wrangler, and he had it towed to this dealership. After a couple hours he called me and said "Dad, your not goin Water pump went out on my son's 2002 Wrangler, and he had it towed to this dealership. After a couple hours he called me and said "Dad, your not going to like this very much" They quoted him over $700 to replace a water pump and serpentine belt. Water pump for this Jeep is about $50 and serpentine belt not much more. Plus on a 4 cylinder Jeep it is an easy fix. I told my son not to have it done there. He called me back in a few minutes and told me it would be $107 for diagnostic fee. At that point I called them. They told me that was the standard 1 hour diagnostic rate. It would take any mechanic out of high school about 10 minutes to diagnose a water pump. I paid the fee and advised them we would not be back. Beware before you go here for service, if you like your money, this is not the place to go.l More
