Service department did well. It took almost 2 weeks to get my Jeep back, but they did the work well and it was covered under warranty, so I am happy about that. However, the actions of their sales department brings the rating down to zero stars so overall 2 stars is the best I can give them. I will never do business with BCDJR ever again. Sad, because I have purchased 2 brand new vehicles from them over the years. (Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland Summit and a Challenger SRT 392). Based on their false advertising, I will never do business with them ever again. They continue to operate with misleading practices and I will not reward any business that feels they have to deceive their customers to try and make a sale. More

My son is at App State and his battery died. While Boone Jeep doesn’t offer road side assistance, they identified a company who does. He was able to get his car started, and Boone Jeep was abl While Boone Jeep doesn’t offer road side assistance, they identified a company who does. I made appointment due to a warning light on the stop start on my Jeep gladiator. They ran a diagnostic and said I needed to replace the battery. The diagnostic cost was to me very high approximately $37 start on my Jeep gladiator. They ran a diagnostic and said I needed to replace the battery. The diagnostic cost was to me very high approximately $370. I didn’t understand why I had to pay for a diagnostic as that should be part of the service. I was told that was the fee by a technician to read and perform diagnostics. I found also that the start stop will not work if your main battery is not fully charged. I found that out on the second time into the dealership when the start stop was still not working the first time also will not work if it’s cold. Wish they had told me that when they installed the new battery. More
