Boone CDJR service department has earned my trust. They provided professional resolution to a problem created by Bristol CDJR. I had just purchased a vehicle from Bristol CDJR and within 48 hours it They provided professional resolution to a problem created by Bristol CDJR. I had just purchased a vehicle from Bristol CDJR and within 48 hours it had a low battery warning. Immediately returning to Bristol CDJR, they claimed to have recharged the batteries. Two days later the vehicle was dead. I had it towed to Boone CDJR dealership where they identified the problem, replaced both batteries and kept it overnight to futher test the vehicle, ensuring no other problems. Wish I had purchased the vehicle at Boone CDJR and avoided being stranded. More

Completed in a day, received shuttle service back to the house. I sent an email, when trying to use the Electric mode, it says 'temporarily unavailable.' I'll try recharging to see if that resets it.
