Clueless I dropped my car off at 7:30 am for an 8:30 am appointment to replace the ignition switch that was on a national recall. Outrageous pricing - would never do business here Water pump went out on my son's 2002 Wrangler, and he had it towed to this dealership. Water pump for this Jeep is about $50 and serpentine belt not much more. Plus on a 4 cylinder Jeep it is an easy fix. I told my son not to have it done there. He called me back in a few minutes and told me it would be $107 for diagnostic fee. At that point I called them. They told me that was the standard 1 hour diagnostic rate. It would take any mechanic out of high school about 10 minutes to diagnose a water pump. I paid the fee and advised them we would not be back. Beware before you go here for service, if you like your money, this is not the place to go.l More

The warranty company first denied the claim but Ross jumped in and backed up their promise and made it happen! Our car buying experience was the best ever as well! We were in and out in less than an hour and the numbers at the table were actually better than they had estimated! Ben, our salesman, is awesome! Steve, the manager, really helped us get through all of the warranty issues! And Winston in the Service department is very good as well! Go to Ross! You won't be disappointed!!! More

I was looking online to find the Jeep that my daughter wanted. This was to be her first car and we wanted to surprise her with it. We discussed several things about the Jeep I was interested in, all of my questions were answered honestly and promptly. The day we went to test drive and make the purchase, Brett and the staff were amazing at helping to surprise my daughter and helped to make the day a very memorable moment for all of us. We got an great deal on the Jeep we bought and we all were treated wonderfully. I don't think I would ever go anywhere else to buy another car. They have made a loyal customer of me. Brett is an asset to this business and I will be seeing them again next year for daughter number 2's first car. More

This company was absolutely awesome in working with us on pricing as well as the entire process. We live about an hour away. By the time we had arrived they had the car ready to go and paper work drawn up. From start to finish we were there for about an hour (they even stayed after hours to cater to our needs). Very friendly people, and great service after the sale. We even forgot the 3rd row seats from my trade-in at home and they made arrangements for one of their drivers to come pick them up (an hour drive). If you find a vehicle you are interested in talk with Brett Silvers. We worked with both him and his brother on the process and it couldn't have gone any better!! Highly recommend this team! More
