I went to the Jeep dealership when they were closed, found a vehicle that I was interested in, emailed Brett Silver, he emailed me back, and called me I went to the Jeep dealership when they were closed, found a vehicle that I was interested in, emailed Brett Silver, he emailed me back, and called me to schedule the appointment to drive the Jeep the next day. This was one of the easiest processes I have ever gone through buying a new vehicle from a dealership. They gave me a fair price for my trade, Kelly Blue Book, and then Steve handled the financial end and explained warranties like they should be explained, and was not pushy in anyway trying to sell me warranties. They were so considerate of my time, and very friendly from the beginning. This is how car buying should be handled at every dealership. More

On vacation and needed a new vehicle I was heading to Beech Mountain for a family vacation and when I got there my vehicle broke down. Ross was the second dealership I seen so I pulled in. To sum up a long story from beginning to end of the buying process was a true pleasure.
