Absolutely beautiful car my salesman Denton was very friendly and helpful he got me the best deal on my new care and on my trade in before they even saw it. The finance department also very friendly got me the best deal on financing the service department also very nice and friendly. And before I left the dealership Nonnie who is awesome went over every inch of my new car with me. I have purchased more than a few cars in my life and the friendliness and customer service of this dealership along with an amazing vehicle would definitely make me buy another vehicle from them in the future and refer my friends and family. More

Most recently I had to return to David Stanley Kia to straighten out some paperwork. The polite lady at the front desk directed me to Sean in Finance. At first, he was friendly and courteous. While we were waiting for feedback on my paperwork I stepped outside to take a phone call. When I came back inside and asked him a question, his tone and attitude were short and just shy of Nasty. I did not appreciate being talked to like that. It was unprofessional and out of line. In spite of his unnecessary bad attitude, I completed my business with a smile and went on my way. My past experience with David Stanley Kia was excellent! Ana, Jordan, AJ, and Tanner are really great and I appreciate their kindness and attention to customer service and satisfaction. I recommend David Stanley Kia for your next car. BUT if you have to deal with Sean in finance....I STRONGLY SUGGEST waiting for someone else to become available. Customer service training and etiquette courses should be added to his "to do" list ASAP! More
