Integrity without honesty does not exist! I wrote a review for Emma and General Sales Manager Rick. That was before I found that both had not been telling me the truth all along. Best experience for purchasing a truck We started off coming into the dealership thinking we would get the same treatment we have received at other stores during the past few weeks, and we We started off coming into the dealership thinking we would get the same treatment we have received at other stores during the past few weeks, and we were pleasantly surprised that the atmosphere and courteousness of the people; up and above anything we had encountered before. I wanted to let Todd, our salesman, know that he did a great job of being up front and honest with us. Treated with respect from every member of the staff, this was a great day to buy our Chevy Silverado. Thought we would be turned away as we were at a few other dealerships, or asked to come up with way too much for a down payment, no. Our terms were met and exceeded. Bought a used truck, along with the extended warranty. Want to say it was very refreshing to be there today, thanks to all of you at David Stanley Kia. The Barnes family of Temple, OK. More

Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed Like most people, I have been jaded by my many past "bad" experiences at dealerships. So, let me be honest, I was quite skeptical when I first pulled up to the parking lot. In what seems to be the going sales tactic these days at dealerships across the nation, as you park your vehicle you are viciously attacked before your feet even hit the pavement as to what you are looking for, how much you are willing to spend, and how much they can suck out of you. Thank The Lord this was not the case at David Stanley Kia. LaSean calmly allowed me to search the lot for the vehicle I was looking for and once I found it, we proceeded through financial negotiations. LaSean was extremely helpful and understanding and followed through with everything he said he would. As well, the staff of David Stanley Kia were very kind and down to earth. Receiving a phone call later on in the week and even over the holiday weekend to check on customer satisfaction speaks volumes to me of LaSean's dedication to his customer's happiness and drive to ensure 100% customer service. Thank you LaSean and David Stanley Kia!!! We Love our 2015 Kia Optima Hybrid (and the gas mileage too!!) Tim, Stacey, and Trinity Stevenson More

But overall the experience was very Saleman Eric Fredericson was very courteous and professional and the negotiations were, for the most part, smooth. But overall the experience was very unpleasant. Service department delivered a dirty car with hail damage and missing key. Took them over a month to mail me the key, even after I talked to Kia corporate many times. Left the car for cleanup, and never happened. Meanwhile hail damage occurred and they want me to claim it to my insurance, even when I haven't taken possession of the car. Lots of dirty tactics as the delivery of the car. Do not trust anything this guys tell you, better yet, avoid the problems and take your business somewhere else. More

He diligently worked on finding the vehicle that was right for us and that I could afford. Luke the financial advisor was the best, he took care of us and made sure that we had the deals that would suit us on our vehicle. At the end of the day we drove home happy and satisfied with our expieriance. I would greatly reccomend David Stanley Kia. Ask for Martin ;-) More

Bad experience, but purchased the vehicle I am 56, and have purchased several vehicles over my life, however, this would have to be the second worst car buying experience that I have had. I k I am 56, and have purchased several vehicles over my life, however, this would have to be the second worst car buying experience that I have had. I knew coming in that I was credit challenged and was ready to accept the consequences of a higher down payment and higher interest rate. I submitted everything online to the financing area. I was called by the Internet manager that evening, great..then an hour later, I was called by someone else asking for more information, then early in the morning, I was called by a third person. I was like...who is taking care of me, and why am I getting so many calls.. I arrived at the dealership the next morning. I was shuffled from one individual quickly to the second. This individual handled the sales itself. Without even asking what I really wanted, I was shown a Kia that I wasn't even interested in. Rule of thumb...determine what the individual wants. I might have challenged credit, but let's get to know the client first! We resolved that issue, and started looking at the vehicles I was interested in...Great...let's test drive it...dead battery! , ok, Let's test drive this one...dead battery. Upon getting service to bring out a battery hopper, we got one vehicle started...guess what...out of gas....Get it started, get some gas into it and we test drive. Notice that the low tire light was on...should be an easy fix. Decide that this is the one we want to go with. We went back and forth with the normal car sale/buyer flip flop...expected. We agree on the terms....get into financing... Financing....I question why there is a $3,500 extended warranty on the vehicle when I am credit challenged, wanting the payments to be as low as possible, didn't even discuss a extended warranty and am told...The lender REQUIRES it to be on the vehicle to do the loan. Knowing that is COMPLETELY WRONG...I question it, and mysteriously it is removed. Delivery...Everything is signed, go out to check out the vehicle with the sales individual. Vehicle is filthy, low tire light is still on, sticker I asked to be removed is on it, low fuel. Sales individual took it back and had it detailed again, brought it back and was presented to me again. Ironically, the sticker was still on it, and I was told that they couldn't remove it...false...the low tire light was still on...bring it back on Monday. Low fuel...didn't even notice that until I started it and sales individual left. Dealership individuals were nice, but not well trained, never received a business card on any interaction, both sales and finance individual, "too new to have cards." Finance lost my trust due to their sales tactics. Only thing I can say is Optima is a great vehicle, but I could have had a better sales experience from a lemonade stand kid. It's been a little over three weeks since I purchased the vehicle and traded in the one I had. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED TITLE NOR HAS MY CAR BEEN PAID OFF. I only have 6 more days until I start getting penalties.. I called the business office this morning, they said they would check on it, and call me back...guess what....NEVER CALLED BACK....TERRIBLE SERVICE ALL THE WAY AROUND!!!! More
