Overall my experience was good. Peter was polite and knowledgeable about the vehicle I was buying. I felt like the sales manager was trying to be sneaky and offered me things that come with a new car purchase already, like a full tank of gas. I felt like he was trying to take advantage of me because I was a single woman buying a car on my own. When I was negotiating with the manager, I felt like Peter "checked out". He seemed irritated and annoyed. I left the dealership feeling uneasy. The negotiations and paperwork took far too long. I was told about an hour and it took 3 and a half hours. I first came to know Thomas when a lady totalled my 95 Ford Taurus station wagon. She had Progressive insurance.
