I left that day with a good feeling but , but wanted to explore a few more options.....I cruied orthe dealers, web searched, etc....July 10th, I came back to buy with Tom... In out in a very short time. The model I test drove was gone, but one with all the same options had arrived a few days earlier. The purchase price was quite painless, tom walked me through all the steps from trade apprasial to new car functions to even taking my old plates off the trade and putting them in a bag to ensure the new car stays clean. Both Bernard and Damon made me feel that I was! They kept on top of the issue, even given me thier personal cell numbers! The problem was resolved in just a few days.
