I was refered to Bonneville & Son in Manchester by a friend that I work with, who had just purchased a new Jeep Wrangler . He said that this dealership was great. I was looking for a newer Jeep so I took his advise and went. I worked with Norm Vachon. Norm was extremely helpful and willing to work with me. Other sales people I have delt with in the past just did not have the personality one would want in a sales rep but Norm was great to my husband and I. He was funny, knowledgeable, helpful and kind. I am extremely greatful for all the time and care he put in for us. I love the 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee Larado that I purchased at Bonniville & Son. Their prices were better then i expected, and I couldn't have been treated any better then what I was. The quality of the Jeep I bought was great. If I hadn't known better I would have thought it to be brand new. So happy we went to Bonniville & Son. I won't go anywhere else when the time comes for my next Jeep. More
For the first time ever, my husband and I were in the position to by my first brand new car. After going to Bonneville & Son, I can tell you that I could not be happier with the outcome. I worked closely with Matthew Chagnon and Bill Dann. Both were extremely helpful and willing to work closely with me to see that I ended up with the vehicle that I had my heart set on. In the end, I purchased a brand new 2012 Dodge Journey SXT. Purchasing the new truck from Gloria and Norm was a pleasure, I feel they worked hard to make a fair, honest deal we both could walk away happy. However there were some minor issues with the truck that pleasure, I feel they worked hard to make a fair, honest deal we both could walk away happy. In March my mother and I stopped by Bonneville & Son to just look around at the jeeps in the parking lot; it was raining and out came a Sales Clerk (in the rain telling us about the jeeps)I said I'd Son to just look around at the jeeps in the parking lot; it was raining and out came a Sales Clerk (in the rain telling us about the jeeps)I said I'd be back maybe in July to look again and the Sales clerk handed me a business card and said that's OK, Hope to see you then when you come back. We thought that was very nice of her because she was getting wet while we were in the car listening. In July we did return her name was Gloria Prosper and we had her card.We looked and tryed a few jeeps out that day and out of 4or5 jeeps I decided on a jeep compass. It has a nice ride to it and the price was right. I thank Gloria for a exceptional job. Everything that day went well. The ride this week is very smooth. All the questions answered. While I mentioned aloud that it would be ideal to turn in to van and the old sportscar for something both reliable and in the middle-ground, I really did not think it was possible. We had a great experience at Bonneville. Went shopping for new minivan (it was Grand Caravan vs. Honda Odyssey) Tom was brand new at Bonneville but an experience salesman. They gave me what I had been looking for on my trade-in and Dodge threw in a rebate for trading-in a vehicle.Norm Vachon assisted us during the process and was also very knowledgeable and nice. Although the whole process took a bit longer than we anticipated, the experience was great. No pressure, no gimmicks, just straight talk. The dealership show room and offices are clean, very spacious, and comfortable. We recommend anyone go there first! More
