I visited Bonneville & Son several times for test drives, and finally decided to order a 2013 Wrangler Unlimited to get exactly what I wanted. I had a problem with the Chrysler Affiliates program through my company's perks program between order time and delivery, but the dealership was able to work this out with me without issue. They were also able to not only match my credit union's loan rate, they beat it - particularly surprising because the credit union's rate was extraordinarily low. Rob Hermond (Finance) was crystal-clear on additional items and warranties. I was able to arrive at a fair price on an extended warranty with no pressure. Finally, I had one of the best walkthoughs I've ever had on a new vehicle from Norm Vachon. He also handled the paperwork and fully engaged my wife as well as me in the signing, the dealership walkthrough, and the vehicle walkthrough. I visited every Jeep dealer in the region before settling on Bonneville & Son. I was treated very well by every last person I met at this dealership. My husband and I chose this dealership as it was in out home state of NH and it was a Kia dealership. I wanted to check out the Kia Sorento and I am so happy I did. I traded in my Chevy Tahoe for this vehicle. The only reason I did so, was because of gas mileage and the rising cost of fuel. The vehichle I wanted was not on their lot, so they located "my" vehicle for me and brought it in from another dealership. They gave us the best deal on my trade-in and gave us all the rebates that were available. They were great to work with and treated us well. Very comfortable dealing with them. Made everything as go as smooth as possible and we have no regrets. We definitely recommend this dealership as a place to shop for a new vehicle. More

To be honest, I researched "the best" cars but didn't consider a Kia, although Kia made my list because of the 5 star safety rating. The dealership happens to be close to home, and we purchased my last car through Bonneville, a Sebring, as well as my husband's Jeep. So we were already happy with Bonneville. Just to get familiar with the car buying scene (this was my first time purchasing a car on my own) I thought I'd start with Kia since that wasn't really in my game plan. I knew I could easily move on. My impression of Kia, as a completely uniformed car person, was that it was a cheaply made car. Not sure why I thought that. I was shocked at how nice the Kia was, and the really impressive part was the smooth ride. I thought about getting a 2012 "no frills" car to save money. I was able to purchase a 2013 fully loaded Kia in my prcie range. One big consideration...it was the prettiest car I saw during my search. Love that Deep Cherry color. Looks like a fine red wine. Body shape is good looking on the Optima and all the gadgets are thrilling. The sound system is the best I've had in any car. I realize there aren't many female design engineers, and for those who do exist their colleagues are not likely listening to them. But here's what women want. A good color. Check. A comfortable, easy to operate inside-of-the-car. Check. Tons of storage for the many, many items the busy professional woman, Mom, or just plain woman needs. Plenty. No check on that one. Sorry, but I could use dozens of compartments and there are only a couple. Ask any woman. She'll tell you the same. Peter Gallo was wonderful to work with. He has the right blend of informing without pushing. The follow up he's done has also been impressive. As for Semir Hasanovic, he wisely gave me a good deal during the first visit, which did draw me back as a buyer. Greg was patient and went out of his way to print some information about proceedures for towing Jeeps while we were on a test drive. Greg helped us weigh the pros and cons of two different Jeeps to see which would fit our needs best. After test driving the second Jeep which was a six speed with four doors verses the two door one we first drove, we were ready to make a deal. Usually this part of the car buying process is very frustrating but I have to say it was smooth and comfortable at Bonneville & Son. We had our mechanic check out the vehicle after we purchased it to be sure there wasn't any big issues that I couldn't see. After a test drive and detailed inspection he reported to me that it had a lot of new parts and everything else looked good.
