larry pinard is a disgrace to not only this nice looking dealership but to his profession as well. i have bought six cars in my lifetime, two of which i bought from bonneville and son. this past sunday i we dealership but to his profession as well. i have bought six cars in my lifetime, two of which i bought from bonneville and son. this past sunday i went to the dealership with plans to look at and possibly purchase a new vehicle. upon parking my vehicle i was approached by a salesperson who seemed like he was already doing something . i asked him a few questions and explained i was just looking at the moment. he then exscused himself and said he would be right back. about fifteen minutes went by until i finally lost my patience and started looking around some more. a few minutes later i saw the sales guy again thinking he was finally back to help me. to my surprise he was pulling up a truck for someone else. (i was looking at jeeps) he then looked at me and didnt even acknowledge me! a few minutes later he finally came back over and i explained i had a few questions. he then told me if i had various option information needs that all of the information is online. (no sh** as*h**e i did that before i got there) i then told him i just wanted to drive the vehicle. he then told me they were very busy that day and i would have to wait if i wanted to drive the car. needless to say i am now driving my new jeep wrangler i bought at allen mello monday morning. when i went there not only was i greeted by someone who actually valued me being there, but he actually knew what he was talking about. they didnt have whst i needed in anything new on the lot, but they did have a really nice 2011 that i ended up with . im writing this now to let people know, if you want your time wasted go see larry p at bonneville if you however want to be respected and informed go to allen mello and see tony. ----disgruntled consumer More

Our recent purchase was the 4th car bought from Bonneville and Son. Each time we worked with Dan Reitz. He is easy to talk with and he doesn't push any decisions on you. You are not updated if you are having work done, as this was true on many occasions. If fact, I am still waiting to hear back from the service dept. on a warranty item they were checking on....it was over 2 months later and I finally traded in the van. The Sales Dept. is great.....we will be back, only if Dan is still there. More

Went in for simple oil change at46000ml was told needed services that were not recommended until 60000!! Left next day for road trip 2hours in had oil leaking all over engine went to another dealer in are services that were not recommended until 60000!!
