First time we met Rick Dillon (our salesman) he insulted my husbands career. We returned 2 days later to purchase a new CX-5. We had spent the previous 2 days researching lease verses purchase. We called the salesman (Rick Dillon) and made an appt. with him to come in to buy the CX-5 we test drove . As soon as we walked into dealership on our 2nd visit Rick Dillon accused us of going onto the internet. We had made calls to dealership to get money factor for leasing and wanted the internet price. He then became argumentative and defensive. He began shouting at my wife in the middle of the showroom floor when she asked him why he was so evasive. We left the dealership shell shocked that anyone least of all a salesman would treat a customer in such a manner. We wanted to buy our 4th Mazda (3rd bought from Boniface) there that day but we ended up driving over to Orlando to Sport Mazda where we bought the same car (CX-5 fully loaded Grand Touring model) for less and a very pleasant salesman too! The Sales Manager gave us the $200 Cargo Cover after he heard how badly we were treated at Boniface. This would have been our 3rd Mazda bought from Boniface but obviously they couldn't care less about repeat customers so they have lost our business now and in the future (we LOVE Mazda). Sure they still services us but that salesman lost his commission and the dealership lost our good recommendation. We sent an email describing our bad experience to the dealership and have never heard from them. We live in a small town, word travels fast. Our neighbor knows the owner, AJ Hiers (Dolfie) and called his house to tell him about our experience...still nothing from Boniface. We looked at BMW, Audi, Cadillac, Volvo's and selected Mazda. Every other dealership were went to was professional and polite except Boniface Mazda. It was worth the drive to Orlando. More

Mr. Borens provides a friendly-prompt-courteous service and gives a full explanation of the service due, expected time frame, and price. My car was brought in for a 12K servicing and replacement of a piece of chrome trim. My car was ready on time and all completed as requested. Young service staff member, I believe his name was Melvin, was of a piece of chrome trim. My car was ready on time and all completed as requested. Monday, August 13, 2012 Dear Boniface Hiers, Monday, August 13, 2012 Dear Boniface Hiers, My family and I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a new vehicle from the Kia of Melbou Monday, August 13, 2012 Dear Boniface Hiers, My family and I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a new vehicle from the Kia of Melbourne store. I did not give the sales men much to work with because I have horrible credit and my wife’s is not much better. Rick Dillion, Karl Jansons, and John Pratt, spent the entire day working on a deal to put my family in the monthly payments and car we wanted. Words cannot tell you how pleased this made my family. The staff at the Melbourne store, especially Rick and Karl went above and beyond for their customers. The two of them treated my family and I with the up most respect and made what we figured to be another disappointing visit to a car dealership something special. I felt the need to write you this letter and tell you what a wonderful staff you have and that Rick and Karl give 110 % to every customer. I have told many family and friends about my experience with them and they said that they would check them out when they were ready to buy a new car.
