The sevis department is trying to rip you off. I took my car to the dealership for service and they told me recommend services. Then I took my car again a week later to change my transmission I took my car to the dealership for service and they told me recommend services. Then I took my car again a week later to change my transmission fluid and now they are telling 7 different recommend services. These are completely different services. And I took a 2nd opinion from another michanic and he told me I don't even have to do any of the recommended services. Be aware, they act like they are taking care of you but also trying to rip you off. I would avoid this service center. They are not honest in my opinion. Then again who chard $80 to replace the cabin filter. Crazy. More

I have had nothing but a horrible experience from purchasing at Boniface heirs dodge to service at the Mazda dealer where they rip you off with the guise of shop supplies all the while your paying fo purchasing at Boniface heirs dodge to service at the Mazda dealer where they rip you off with the guise of shop supplies all the while your paying for their lunch! Instead of being honest and transparent in the service process, we choose to lie and bamboozle the customer! You offered me my money back, which I didn’t ask for all I asked for was for the dealership to be more transparent in their receipt process! Instead what I was met with was arrogant attitude from the general manager with an arrogant response to the yelp review that I left. He didn’t respond to the complaint from corporate Mazda till three months later! Never mind I spent 29,000.00 on my car to have them lie then call me to redirect and deflect that that’s how you ultimately think you handled the situation. I expected to pay taxes what I didn’t expect to pay was more than the coupons stated price of 99.95 plus taxes! Especially when the coupon states that you will replace the oil rotate the tires and check pressure as needed. So saying the shop supplies are the old oil that’s supposed to be covered under the coupon if you’re replacing the oil. Clearly you would have to dispose of the old oil any other shop is HONEST AND TRANSPARENT! Why’s boniface heirs any different? Because they RIP YOU OFF! More
