A small nail was in my tire on the inside (something I never would have seen) and I was escorted back to the rack to see the nail and get options for handling this issue. There has never been any pressure to repace or buy anything that isn't absolutely necessary. A lot of my friends won't go to a dealership. Unfortunately dealerships have gotten a bad reputation for being a rip-off. I wouldn't take my Mazda anywhere else but my dealership. No one knows my car better than my dealership mechanics! More
