Excellent Service Department Took the car in for a tire leak, they found a screw in the tire, plugged it, checked the other tires, and we were off. Great service. I spoke with Wesley Lyons, the Service Advisor, about a transmission fluid replacement and an oil change. He explained the process to me and introduced me to the technician who would be doing the work. Nice touch. I was shown to the waiting area where there was coffee, cold water, snacks, soft chairs, and two big screen TVs. Although not requested, they had rotated the tires and performed what they call a Full Circle Service Report Card, which means checking the battery, tires, brakes, and all fluids. They did not try to up sell me and the bill was exactly what I expected. I have never taken my car to the dealer for service before and was a little hesitant but this was a good experience. Wes and his team deserve kudos. They were very friendly, courteous, and professional. Good job. My thanks. More
