I have been a Ford girl my whole driving life and was very hesitate in switching brands. But with the new upgrades that Mazda gives now in their SUVs (that Mike was so awesome explaining to me), I just knew I had to try it out. I went to the dealership very hesitate but after a very thorough, non-rushed test drive and a very detailed presentation of all the features, I was hooked. I was ready to switch. But still very hesitate about the car buying process. I hate dealerships and car salesman, but Mike treated us like friends, was never pushy, and made the whole process very easy and simple. He gave us a great deal at the beginning of the sale and gave me exactly what I asked for in the details of the purchase. He listened and made sure I was taken care of. Mike was very professional, thorough, informative, and perfect for this transaction. I have had the car for about three weeks now and I am so happy with my purchase. He even checks in to make sure I don't have anymore questions about the car! I will definitely recommend Mike to all of my friends from now on when purchasing their new car.
