Marcia explained vehicle features and did not rush through the process, even though my reluctance to even look was probably evident. Marcia took the time to check the inventory (2019 and 2020’s available) to find vehicles that met my needs and provide the best price point. I had a very bad experience buying car from them. Firstly they making me pay 20+ for a used car 2016. When I thought it was all because of my warranties, it wasn't even the cause. So I went there to have they making me pay 20+ for a used car 2016. When I thought it was all because of my warranties, it wasn't even the cause. So I went there to have them remove my warranties which takes them 4 months to do so. I still don't see the difference. I am Basically paying 5 thousand more when I should have just have a balance of 8 thousand left because I put down 8k when the car was 15+ but yet I still have a balance of 13 thousand left to pay even after they took out the warranties. . They ripped me off real bad. Am literally paying over 22+ for a used car (2016) but yet I went there for maintenance. They asked me 120 just to drive test it. More
