I cannot speak highly enough of this car dealership, the sales staff, management, or finance team! I suppose people don't normally appreciate a car salesman when they go to make a purchase of a vehicle. Salesmen and women for the most part come off as high pressure and degrading. I know this from my own personal experience. Unless you go in to the dealership with a 750 credit score and a full bank account, they look at you like a wounded animal, and try to take you for your worth. This past weekend, I was given a whole new outlook on that. A lot of times you'll see reviews that come from either pissed off customers who had a terrible experience because of their terrible outlooks, or you'll hear reviews that seem manufactured as though family and friends wrote the reports. I assure you...any positive reviews from this dealership were WELL warranted. Allow me to explain why. Last Sunday, after spending nearly every dime in my pocket moving into a new apartment (while planning on rebuilding my savings and purchasing a new car after Christmas), I was driving to pick up my children, and my transmission blew up on my car. I had to work the next day (an hour drive away) and I was stuck, with no money to pay for repairs, and no way to get to work. I took Monday off and decided to try to make a miracle happen. I remember seeing a friend of mine on Facebook who had recently purchased a vehicle, and was incredibly happy with her sales experience, so I figured I'd take a shot in the dark. I contacted Michael Durkin (who works for Infiniti of Melbourne - but also sells at the other Boniface Hiers Dealerships). Knowing my financial situation and my substandard credit score in the mid 500s, Michael forwarded me an application for approval and immediately began trying to work out a deal. For hours he tried to locate a vehicle for me, work out financing, and try to stay within my financial budget. This was incredibly difficult when all I had for a down payment was a broken down vehicle and high hopes. But he worked his butt off for it. And THIS is where his character as a salesman showed face. As hard as he tried, he was unable to get me into a vehicle at Boniface Hiers Mazda or Infiniti of Melbourne. None of the financial institutions were willing to get me into a vehicle that wasn't brand new, because they stood the risk of losing value in an older car. However, Michael handed me off (essentially losing my commission) to a salesman at Boniface Hiers Kia, Eddie Otero, knowing that he would be able to get me into a brand new Kia Forte while keeping me within the payment range that I wanted. I was shocked and VERY skeptical at the thought that they were trying to put me into a brand new car, when I was looking at purchasing a 3-4 year old vehicle at the NEWEST to no avail. But I went to the dealership and met Eddie Otero, who was ALSO amazing. Eddie was a genuine, polite and respectful guy...who immediately took to my daughter and referred to her as "Princess" and for the rest of the night, made sure that EVERYONE referred to her as Princess (which made the experience a delight for her - as she was 6 years old and probably didn't want to be there while I filled out paperwork). Eddie worked with me, discussed my finances, helped me get the proper documents for the loan processing, and got me in and out of the dealership, including my test drive and finance paperwork, in a matter of 2 hours. Before I knew it, I went from having NO means of transportation, no money in my pocket, and a broken down 1994 Mitsubishi Mirage with no air conditioning or power steering - to driving off the lot in a beautifully shining, White 2017 Kia Forte with 10 miles on the odometer. I have a BRAND NEW CAR. AND IT HAS AIR CONDITIONING!!!!! And I can ACTUALLY afford it! I say all of this to express my gratitude, and also to encourage anyone that may think that they can't get financed. The people at this dealership jumped through hoops all day for me, stayed in constant contact, worked their butts off, and even handed off their own commission to help me out. So from the bottom of my heart, I'd like to thank them as well. I WILL be sending all my friends and family their way when they are ready to get a new car!!! THANKS AGAIN!!! More

For some reason the system is erroneously linking me to the Kia dealership*** .Had a caliper coming loose after a full brake job a several weeks ago. Turns out that a pin or bolt was loose/missing from the OEM part, and the dealership got a replacement hardware kit from the supplier to effect repairs. Although the issue was the fault of the supplier, the dealership took good care of me even though it was not a Mazda part. No charges. On a side note, the Service Writer (Wesley) was awesome despite being swamped, overworked, and having little help back there. The dealership really needs to ensure that they always have two (2) people back there to handle the load on busy weekdays. I did mention this to the general manager. And I really miss Yves since he moved over to Kia. Get him back! More

Service Dept Took my car in for the 15,000 miles service on last Saturday. Was looking to pay over $200 for the service only to find out it was pre-paid for when I Took my car in for the 15,000 miles service on last Saturday. Was looking to pay over $200 for the service only to find out it was pre-paid for when I brought the car, so I didn't have to pay not one thing. I was just sooo THANKFUL!
