Inexperienced technician took two weeks to fix my brand new ram 1500 computer problem. Doors would not unlock. Tore all the door panels apart and interior only to find a electrical connection under the hoo new ram 1500 computer problem. Doors would not unlock. Would never deal with this dealership ever again we were interested in a Jeep Gladiator pick up truck so we went to Boniface Heirs in Merritt Island and we talked to a salesman named George and took a Glad interested in a Jeep Gladiator pick up truck so we went to Boniface Heirs in Merritt Island and we talked to a salesman named George and took a Gladiator for a test drive came back and talked to the salesman and the financial guy about the price and payments they were not very nice to deal with they did not offer us a fair trade in price on our 2018 Jeep Wrangler and they did not even get close to the payment amount that we needed them to be at so we asked them what the interest rate that they were offering us which was 5 percent they did a credit check for us and they found out that we both have excellent credit and we knew that interest rates have came down so we knew that 5 percent was ridiculous so we got up and walked away they did not even try to get us to stay to make us a better deal. The very next day we went to Jacksonville and the salesman and people that worked there were very nice and easy to work with we ended up purchasing a Jeep Gladiator from them but they did not have the color we wanted so long story short they ended up going to Merritt Island and getting the color that we looked at the day before at Bonjface Heirs our salesman was the one who had to go pick up our truck when he got there the truck was up on a display rack out in front of dealership they made our salesman climb up that rack and drive it off of there our salesman drove our new truck to our house and the truck was dusty and had bird poop on it they did not even bother to clean it up for us!!! They have a very bad business practice we will never give them our business again and we told our family and friends not to go there either!! More
