Non Existent Customer Service What on earth has happened to customer service and a car dealer actually wanting to sell a vehicle? It is truly mind boggling. It’s as if these people What on earth has happened to customer service and a car dealer actually wanting to sell a vehicle? It is truly mind boggling. It’s as if these people receive no training on customer service and sales. I sent an inquiry via their website on a truck. I was contacted the following day by Brett. We discussed the truck and I asked him to notify me if they had a price decrease. Several days later I looked on their website again and there had been a decent price decrease. Was I contacted and made aware of this by Brett? NO! I had to follow up myself. I emailed him a couple times over a couple days with no response. I sent a 3rd email and asked why he wasn’t responding and I also made an offer on the truck. He finally responded and explained he had been off and that was why he had not responded BUT he did not even acknowledge my offer!!! Again, no interest in selling a vehicle obviously. At this point, I was done with him. He never even followed up with me. A couple days later I was emailed by Dennis, a Manager. His email stated that they were happy to help me any way possible and that I could reach him directly at his email. I responded to his email and told him I had try to buy a truck but his internet guy didn’t seem interested in selling a vehicle. Dennis, a Manager for Boniface didn’t respond to me either! Then I was contacted by Michael. I emailed him back and made a higher offer than before. He emailed back and in typical dealer fashion he said that was not out of the question and asked that I come in and sit down and talk with them. If I was interested in coming in and playing the dealer haggle game, I would have done that rather than email. I emailed him back and told him I wasn’t interested in coming in and going back and forth. I told him that I’d made them an offer already and that was my top dollar offer and I was ready to buy. He never responded to me!!!!! I have no clue what’s happened to customer service and the interest in selling vehicles but Boniface obviously doesn’t care about customer service or selling vehicles. I’ve even purchased from them before and this is how I was treated. My wife and and I buy new vehicles about every year and a half. I won’t be wasting my time with Boniface in the future. I’ll stick to Orlando and Daytona where they actually want to sell a vehicle and actually know what customer service is. More

Lemons to Lemonade My issues started with a mystery and I took my truck to the service dept. I was not happy with the situation and my attitude was not positive. Ross Smith, the service adviser quickly went into action. I had 3 issues that needed to be taken care of and Ross was on the money. He set up my return day, as I was in no mood to give up my vehicle, and was ready to go when I brought the truck back. The sales dept. as well as Frank in finance got my loaner to me ASAP and Angel actually waited on me to check out. My loaner was spotless and the tank was full. My issues were a recall on a tailgate latch and a gas tank problem. My third issue was the free oil change I had forgotten about. They reminded me, which was nice. The tailgate and oil were perfect but the gas tank was another issue. The news was not good but the shop foreman Jim Moran was on it. They took immediate action and went above and beyond to get me back on the road. They worked with Chrysler to get me a new tank and got it 3 days ahead of the scheduled ETA. They even got me a loaner truck so that my work did not suffer. Classy move. Jim, Ross, Angel and the service lane lady, Ilona, went above and beyond to turn my lemons into lemonade. I include Ilona as she was informative and engaging and helped to ensure my experience was pleasant and trouble free. It is rare to see people understand the term "CUSTOMER SERVICE" but these folks get it. I had a chance to watch others interact and they were all treated the same way. More

I would recommend Boniface Hiers Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram as the only place to buy your next car. My sale man was Rick Woosley. Rick was friendly and went out of his was to locate the key items i was looking as the only place to buy your next car. My sale man was Rick Woosley.
