I do not recommend this dealership! The salesman who sold me my 2020 Jeep Renegade was very nice, but it ends there. The service department is horrible! You'll have to wait over 20 minutes on the phone, and they still won't answer. When you finally get someone from service you get yelled at. I gave up with service dept and contacted corporate they assigned a case manager to help me with this lousy dealership. Corporate for Chrysler is excellent. I highly recommend a jeep product, just buy it somewhere else. I am 64 and a disabled First Responder. I suffered a brain injury in the line of duty. That is another issue. I would encourage disabled veterans and disabled First Responder to stay away from this place. I don't think that our service and sacrifice means anything to these people, except for our money. Just stay away from this place. More

I was having a problem with my radio in my truck and the shop foreman Jim Moran was extremely informative and helpful. I have to say the customer service that I received from him was extraordinary. Inexperienced technician took two weeks to fix my brand new ram 1500 computer problem. Doors would not unlock.
