Best experience ever! My husband, kids and I drove over 100 miles, on a Sunday, because of an ad on tv. We called them and they asked us to come in right away so they could fix it. While they fixed it they dropped me and my kids off at the mall and picked us up when it was ready, so we did not have to sit around and wait. Craig was very friendly and Jim (the shop's foreman), went out of his way to squeeze us in and accommodate us! They fixed the problems right away and quickly without any problems or questions and no fees included! They went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied customers! More

I called Boniface Hiers service department and, although it was 30 minutes from closing, the manager agreed to have a look at it.... The tire was repaired and I was on my way within an hour... Without this assistance I would have been, at best, without my RAM 1500 truck for the weekend... More
