He was a great salesman who was honest and not pushy. He was very respectful and friendly. Once we left and drove the car for a little bit we noticed a few things wrong with the car. We called them and they asked us to come in right away so they could fix it. While they fixed it they dropped me and my kids off at the mall and picked us up when it was ready, so we did not have to sit around and wait. Craig was very friendly and Jim (the shop's foreman), went out of his way to squeeze us in and accommodate us! They fixed the problems right away and quickly without any problems or questions and no fees included! They went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied customers! More

I called Boniface Hiers service department and, although it was 30 minutes from closing, the manager agreed to have a look at it.... The tire was repaired and I was on my way within an hour... The time prior to this it took 3 hours to agree on a purchase price and process the paperwork what a nightmare. This time I was greeted professionally but very friendly from the moment I walked through the door. Erin Leporacci, Internet Sales Consultant greeted me when I first arrived. She is very friendly and personable. I want to commend Freddy Espinoza (salesman) for his dedication to detail, professionalism and friendliness. He even insisted on driving with me to return my rental car. In addition Gordon Cramer, the sales manager created a comfortable purchase experience. Agreeing on a purchase price was seamless and I couldn’t believe we were done basically in an hour! I highly recommend Boniface Hiers and when I’m ready to purchase again, I won’t be wondering around town to other dealerships. I know exactly where I’m going….Boniface Hiers! More

Almost 4 decades working with Caterpillar Dealers respond to new demands, does cause me to have critical eye: Facility is showing its age. Parking, access and egress is 1960's. Needs attention. Just relocate some of the backlot cars?? Waiting room is functional at best. Not comfortable, poor chairs, no coffee - visit other dealers. Not suggesting tear down old facility -- just refurnish, get organized & clean up. $50 added fee for synthetic oil for what I was sold would be FREE oil changes... This was one factor in deciding on AWD Chevy for grand daughter for commute to Illinois State. $50 for FREE oil change just seems tacky. Fred Ozment fozment@cfl.rr.com More

Well anyway this guy told me the truck was going directly to auction and he was going to loose on this deal. Well the truck is online today for a considerable amount more than he told me. He did his job well, but he lied to my face. Good place if you are going to make a deal without a trade. More

This was my first time at Boniface Hiers and it started out great, but concluded pretty rocky, then the next day - AWESOME FOLLOW-UP!! I run a professional services firm so I understand the value of customer feedback. As a result, I made my dissatisfaction known to the folks at Boniface Hiers. This afternoon I received a phone call from the Boniface Hiers Service Director and he was all about performing service recovery. He addressed my experience in a very professional manner and offered a resolution that I exceeded my expectations. These guys take customer service seriously. The service director even followed-up with an email - that's a belts and suspenders solution to me. Look, based upon their response, I'm guessing that my experience was just an isolated incident. Talk about turning a negative customer experience into a positive one. In the end, the problem doesn't matter, it's how Boniface Hiers responds to it. They won me back. Give 'em a try, I bet you'll be pleased. More
Amazing dealership with a fantastic staff! I've dealt with more new & used car salesmen then I can even begin to count. Something about most of them makes my spine cringe when they converge upon you like vultures the second you step foot on the lot. However, with Boniface Hiers, I had the absolute best (dare I say fun?!) experience I've ever had buying a car. It all began with Kyle. He was the most honest, kind, and accomodating person I've ever come across at a dealership. The first day we stopped by I was definitely not planning to buy. I'd made a list of cars to test drive before making my final decision, and Jeep was on that list. I made it clear to him up front that I was strictly there to browse/test drive, not purchase. Most salesmen would have instantly tried to pressure me into changing my mind or simply moved on to the next customer. Kyle, however, let me test drive several different models, answered all my questions, and never once made me feel as if I was wasting his time. When it came time to leave, the Manager (Mark) came out and thanked me for stopping by - I was completely taken aback because most managers aren't interested in even looking at you until the car has been chosen and negotiations have started. I did go on to many other area dealerships, but none compared to the jeep I'd driven the first day - and more importantly, I was never treated as well as I'd been at Boniface Hiers. Needless to say I wound up back where I started and even though they're a high volume dealership, they remembered me, the car I was interested in, and were absolutely fine with me repeating the test drive process. I wound up buying that day, and every single person I dealt with (from the manager to the finance guy & everyone in between) treated me with dignity, respect, and never once talked down to me (sadly that happens way more than it should since I'm a women). After some interesting back and forth, we met at a price I was comfortable with - however, the car I wanted with the options I needed wasn't on their lot. They took the time to call all dealerships within a 150 miles until they found my perfect car (meaning they had to take extra time to work out a trade with another dealership AND make the drive to get it! 4 days later I'm STILL amazed at how hard they worked to make me happy. Kyle honestly deserves his own paragraph full of praise - he was a total rock star, but then again, every single person I dealt with from management (Mark & Gordon) to financing (Ernie) to the business manager (Brian) - hope I got those titles right - went so far above and beyond anything I'd expected or experienced prior, that it all sort of seemed surreal. I love my new Jeep & I love that I've found a local dealership that I can put my trust in & recommend to friends. In case the guys at Boniface Hiers ever check this page out, thanks to ALL of you - I know I wasn't the easiest customer to deal with, but every single one of you were AMAZING. Thanks for making the whole process smooth, easy, and most of all, entertaining. More
