Making Our Christmas Vehicle Problem Free The Boniface Hiers team is awesome. The second week of December we decided to go Boniface Hiers to just look at vehicles. Walter patiently guided us to a pre-owned vehicle that was in pristine condition and fit what we were looking for, a 2010 Town and Country. We just couldn't pass it up. We wanted a vehicle that would serve well for family visiting and vacationing in Florida. Then we worked with Brian for the financing paperwork and he diligently guided us to an excellent deal and expertly advised us about the extended warranty options available to us. After all of that we happily drove it home. That same weekend and did a lengthy drive to Orlando. Unfortunately, through no fault of anybody, the vehicle developed an unforeseen problem that even the most seasoned mechanic could not foretell. We managed to have the vehicle towed back to the Boniface Hiers repair team and everybody from Craig and Jim in the service department, to Brian and Gordon in the front sales offices have truly "bent over backwards" to make sure we were satisfied customers. They made sure that the vehicle was fixed to not repeat the same problem and they went above and beyond to even have my towing charge reimbursed to us. I am confident in what they communicate that they will work with you to keep you happy and if the vehicle has a problem let’s work together to fix it. Through their actions the vehicle served us excellently and has made the difference in a smoothly traveled and happy holiday season. Thanks again! More

Took my truck into maintainence and they ended up changing my oil 4000 miles too soon. They apologized for the "error" then at the end they charged me $10 and put it under "miscellaneous". Turns out I payed for a box of shop rags as a kicker. Not to mention them putting little to no effort into searching for a truck out of state because I had EP pricing and there wasn't enough in it for them More
