Excellent Service and Sales I purchased my first Jeep (Wrangler) in 2013 (new). I have received nothing short of exemplary service from the service department. I started thinking I purchased my first Jeep (Wrangler) in 2013 (new). I have received nothing short of exemplary service from the service department. I started thinking about a trade for a new Wrangler, and went ahead an did it! Team was courteous and not pushy. Using USAA Buying Services (on my app no less) I negotiated a fair deal and was out the door in a short duration. Meanwhile, I was not charged for the service visit (and still have the oil change due on my account). This was by far my quickest and friendliest vehicle purchase. Again, I got a fair deal. I did not haggle, and perhaps if I did maybe I could have chiseled a little more. Thanks for the quick paperwork and out the door effort!!! More
