Bought a used Town & Country Really good service. New purchase needed front end alignment before we went out the door. Which they did. 2.5 months later, back with the same issues. She has been the BEST in service people and I have been doing the extended warranty program for 4yrs now. I had a recall and checked in with Josh at the service desk. He checked to verify they had the recall part. He did a great job of checking me in and out on the recall side of it.. We were discussing the time required to do the job. Jim Moran overheard and stepped in. He said he could have me out sooner if I wanted to do it that day. I said great. And if it did over run I could understand that. Jim kept tabs on the progress of the vehicle and kept me abreast of the progress. I do not know the names of the mechanics involved but do appreciate all they did. The one who did the recall work was a very nice person and enjoyed talking with him. My hats off to all these people. An excellent example of service personnel.
