"The Best Truck Buying Experience Ever" My wife and I were just looking for a truck, not looking to buy. Huck and Kirk came out to show us what the Ram Trucks had to offer. Once inside they were showing us the price of the trucks, we saw the 2018 Hydra Blue RAM 1500 Sport on the showroom floor. I never thought I would see myself in that truck, but Huck and Kirk made it happen without any back and forth dickering. I told them what I could afford and the next day they had the deal closed and were just waiting for us to come back and see their offer. Hidden fees and not knowledgeable of Heavy Duty Ram Trucks I’ve been taking my vehicles to Boniface Hiers Chrysler for years now, mostly because they were close to where I lived. Well this is the last time as I’ve been taking my vehicles to Boniface Hiers Chrysler for years now, mostly because they were close to where I lived. Well this is the last time as I always have problems. Having an extended warranty on my 2014 Ram 3500, with a $100 deductible I end up being charged almost $225, including $30 for “misc shop supplies” which must be a fleecing for Boniface customers as extended warranties apparently don’t cover that or tax. I’ve used this warranty before and paid $100 deductible and that was it. The other charges included a $54 inspection where they didn’t find anything other than supposedly my new tires need replaced. When I asked Ross the service advisor “what could have damaged the tires?” Ross told me that tires on a 2014 Ram 3500 dually only last 15,000 miles which I know to be false but the tires only have a few thousand miles on them regardless. Since they are new tires with a tire warranty I was going to try and resolve it with them but Ross only offered to sell me some new ones. This wouldn’t be such a big deal except last time I was there he charged me 2 hours labor for remove 2 bolts from the grille guard to replace a headlight under factory warranty. Every time I go in for work I go to the cashier and there are charges I never agreed to and/or are bogus. They seem to know very little about diesel trucks as well as the last time I had the tires rotated they flipped my Alcoa rims inside out on the unfinished side. It’s fairly well known that when rotating dually tires they have to be remounted and the rims stay in the same position. Needless to say I will be finding another shop to go to after several disappointing service appointments at Boniface Hiers Chrysler Dodge Ram! More
